Last month's roast was a bright, chocolatey Guatemalan. This month we went the opposite direction.

Sumatra Blue Bianca is wet-hulled — the traditional Indonesian processing style that gives Sumatran coffee its signature: deep body, low acidity, and a bold, earthy character you can feel as much as taste. Where the Guatemalan was light and easy, this one's got weight and grip.
