Subscription FAQs

Where do I log in?

Tap the account icon in the menu and sign in with the email you used when you subscribed. You'll find a Manage Subscription link inside your account.

Can I change my next delivery date?

Yes - open your subscription and skip the next order, or change your delivery frequency. Your next order date updates straight away.

Can I swap blends or sizes?

Yes - swap to a different blend or size before your next order is processed. Your discount and free shipping stay exactly the same.

Is there a lock-in or cancellation fee?

No. Subscriptions are billed delivery by delivery, there's no contract, and you can cancel before any upcoming order at no cost.

When does my card get charged?

Your card is charged each time an order is processed on your chosen schedule, and you'll get a reminder email before each one - so there's always time to skip or make changes first.
