How do I manage, pause, skip or cancel my subscription?

You're in full control from your account - skip a delivery, pause, change your blend or size, update your address, or cancel anytime. Manage my subscription.

Where's my order?

Your shipping confirmation email has live tracking. Orders usually leave our NSW roastery within a couple of business days - a little longer during busy periods. Still stuck? Send a note below with your order number and we'll chase it.

Can I change my delivery address or redirect a parcel?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, message us straight away with the correct address and we'll update it. If it's already on its way, we can often still redirect it - send the new address and we'll do our best with the courier.

Can I use my Drops points or a discount code?

Redeem Drops points from your account at checkout. If a code or points didn't apply - or you'd like points used on a subscription order - send us a note and we'll sort it manually.

My order arrived wrong or incomplete?

Send a note below with your order number (a photo helps) and we'll make it right - that's our promise.
