Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns on opened or used coffee items.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 40 days of receiving your order at admin@groundeddrops.com and we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
For unopened, unused items, returns may be accepted within 40 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping is free for approved returns within Australia.
International Orders

We do not accept returns for change of mind on international orders.
If your international order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@groundeddrops.com and we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
International return shipping is not covered. Any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
