How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you'll get a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the shipping & fulfilment?

Orders are dispatched within around 2 business days — a little longer during busy periods. We ship with a tracked courier service as standard, and Australia Post is also available at checkout if you prefer (handy for parcel lockers and PO boxes). Once your order ships you'll get a tracking email. Most domestic orders arrive within 2 to 15 days depending on your location and the carrier. For your information, we're based in NSW, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, with standard and express options available. New Zealand orders start from $15 (standard) or $25 (express); other international orders start from $20 (standard) or $30 (express). Delivery times vary by country and customs processing, typically 1 to 4 weeks. Please note: any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local rates before ordering.
