How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you'll get a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the shipping & fulfilment?

Orders are dispatched within around 2 business days, a little longer during busy periods. We ship with a tracked courier service as standard, and Australia Post is also available at checkout if you prefer (handy for parcel lockers and PO boxes). Once your order ships you'll get a tracking email. Most domestic orders arrive within 2 to 8 business days depending on your location and the carrier. WA, NT and remote areas can take up to 12 business days. For your information, we're based in NSW, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, with standard and express options available. New Zealand orders start from $15 (standard) or $25 (express); other international orders start from $20 (standard) or $30 (express). Delivery times vary by country and customs processing, typically 1 to 4 weeks. Please note: any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local rates before ordering.
