When you subscribe, we roast yours specifically before each shipment. Most subscribers say the freshness alone is the reason they switched — coffee that's 5 days old vs 5 weeks old isn't even the same drink.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Pause or cancel anytime from your account.

When will I be charged?

You'll get an email 3 days before each shipment. You can edit, skip, swap, or cancel the order before it's processed.

Can I add one-off items to my subscription order?

Yes. Log in, manage your next order, and add anything from the shop. Useful for grabbing a different blend to try without committing to it.

What if I'm travelling?

Pause your subscription from your account dashboard. Resume whenever.

Can I gift a subscription?

For now, a gift card is the easier way to do that. Reach out by email if you want to set up a multi-month gift subscription manually.

Is the 30% discount only for the first order?

No. 30% off applies to every order for as long as you're subscribed. Same with free shipping.

Can I combine a subscription discount with promo codes?

No — the subscription discount is locked in, and stacking other codes on top isn't supported. But you're already getting the best price we offer.

A small note from the founder.

We started Grounded Drops because most Australian coffee is months old by the time it reaches your cup. The subscription model lets us roast for actual demand instead of stockpiling on shelves. Your coffee gets roasted because you ordered it — not because we needed to fill a wholesale order.

That's why subscribers get the freshest coffee we ship. It's not a perk. It's how the model works.
