I'm a proud Aussie who always buys local, whenever possible. The Bunji Beans are 1) grown in Qld 2) roasted in NSW and 3) make delicious espressos (among others). The only way they could be better is if they were roasted in Adelaide (but I'm clearly biased. 🤣) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What's the difference between air roasting and drum roasting?
We air roast. Hot air lifts the beans and blows the chaff, the papery husk, away during the roast. A drum roaster turns the beans in a heated drum instead. Both are proper ways to roast coffee; air is the one we chose.
I've had stomach issues and reflux since I was a kid, and this is the coffee I drink every day. Everyone's different, so I won't make any promises about how a coffee will sit with you. Richard
Which grind should I pick?
Have a grinder? Choose Whole Beans - that includes machines with a grinder built in. Whole beans stay fresher too.
No grinder? Choose the grind for how you brew: Espresso for an espresso machine, Stovetop for a moka pot, Aeropress for an AeroPress, Filter for pour-over or drip machines, or Plunger for a French press.
How fresh are the beans?
Roasted, ground and packed to order at our facility in NSW, Australia - never warehoused. Most orders leave us within a couple of business days, a little longer in busy periods. We don't pre-grind - your grind happens on the day we pack. Roast date on every bag.

Why is Bunji more expensive than the others?
Bunji is small-batch Australian-grown coffee from Far North Queensland. Australian coffee production is tiny and the labour costs more than overseas origins - that's reflected in the price. You're drinking some of the rarest coffee in the world: coffee grown at home.
