• Nemophilist - Medium Dark Roast Kenya Single Origin. Enjoyed with milk or black coffee - Full-bodied, pleasantly acidic, rich flavoured and fragrance with strong black currant, walnuts, and cocoa notes in taste and aroma.
• Hodophile - Medium Dark Roast A blend consisting of Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Guatemala and Brazil. Perfect for milk-based coffee.
• Gadabout - Medium Dark Roast Organic Decaf Blend. Enjoyed with milk or black coffee - Caffeine removed using a chemical-free water process technique.
• Bunji - Medium Roast Australian-grown beans from far North Queensland. Our current bean is a peaberry bean. A peaberry bean is a single bean instead of the usual two beans in each fruit. These smaller beans are more robust in flavour and more acidic (good for taste) than the regular beans and are said to have more caffeine content because the coffee cherry put all its "juice" into creating one seed instead of two seeds. (This blend might change or run out of stock if we can't secure a new supply - PLEASE NOTE THIS BEAN IS NO LONGER A PEABERRY BEAN. It is a normal bean with similar notes to the original peaberry bean).

Each drip bag makes one cup of coffee. Having said that, we do know of some customers that make 2 cups per bag. It all depends on how strong you like your coffee.

We sure do! Our decaf is called "The Gadabout" and you can find them in packed in Pantry bags (we are working on having them in Travel Packs soon).

Currently, we are only based online. Our factory is however is at Minto, NSW.

We try our best to ship all orders out between 24 to 48 hours. At busy times it might take a little bit longer. As for how long it will take for the coffee to arrive to you, that depends on where you are located. We ship all parcels with AusPost and we are based in Minto, New South Whales. If you need the coffee urgently, we highly recommend the Express Postage option at checkout.

Our darkest single origin currently is the Nemopilist, followed by the Hodophile and the Wayfarer. To get a strong coffee from these drip bags try pouring only twice through the bag. Letting it fillter completed each time. Keep in mind that the more water you use, the weaker the coffee gets.

We have a best before date on each bag, usually around 6 months. Having said that, it's safe to drink the coffee after that date, it will only start going more stale by time.
