How was the long weekend?!
We had a great time Shinrin yoku (Japanese for forest bathing)! More on Shinrin yoku here and here.
No, it’s not actually bathing but just being in an environment where all our senses are engaged. Definitely feel relaxed and energized this morning.
No wonder why Japan now has 48 “Therapy Trails” that’s taken seriously for the public health benefit.
