Q: When do I receive my Wallet Credit?

Q: How do I use it?

A: Paste the code you receive at checkout in the “Gift card / discount code” field.

Q: Can I use wallet credit on subscriptions?

A: You can use it on subscription checkout orders, but it won’t automatically pay ongoing renewals.

Q: Can I combine a discount code with a Wallet purchase?

A: Discount codes can’t be used to buy a wallet, because the bonus is already built in.If a discount is applied at checkout, we’ll cancel and refund that wallet order.(You can still use promos on regular coffee orders as usual.)
