Australian-grown beans from far North Queensland. Our current bean is a peaberry bean. A peaberry bean is a single bean instead of the usual two beans in each fruit. These smaller beans are more robust in flavour and more acidic (good for taste) than the regular beans and are said to have more caffeine content because the coffee cherry put all its "juice" into creating one seed instead of two seeds.
